    International HIV/AIDS Alliance in Ukraine is looking for:
    
    Secretary/Receptionist
    
    Overall Role:
    
    The Secretary/Receptionist will provide support to the Alliance Ukraine team, which includes: secretarial and administrative support to the general office, answering routine enquiries for information, support to the Administration Manager and the management team as required.
    Employment contract till March 14, 2005.
    
    Core Requirements:
    
    - Post holder must have a strong commitment to confronting HIV/AIDS and to support NGO activities in Ukraine
    - Strong motivation to work
    - 1+ years of experience in a similar position in international company
    - University degree (MA)
    - Excellent English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must
    - Strong analytical skills
    - Ability to think clearly and precisely articulate is essential
    - Good organizational and time management skills
    - Able to work overtime and under pressure handle several tasks simultaneously
    - Team-player with excellent communication skills
    - Excellent typing skills
    - PC literate
