Public organizations have created a temporary coalition

    THE MESSAGE
     To participants of "Coalition" To look through page” and subscribers of reference „Rule of law foundation ” to the Head of temporary court of inquiry of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine concerning an establishment of the facts of foreign intervention in financing election campaigns in Ukraine - Valery Mishury.
    
     Dear colleagues, on behalf of general meeting our organization, sincerely we thank everyone who has decided to join our initiative on assistance to work of temporary court of inquiry SRU about concerning an establishment facts of foreign intervention in financing election campaigns in Ukraine. During three months on our site (www.rol.org.ua) and on a site of the initiative "Elect" (www. civicua.org/obyrai), we had an opportunity to rally in a temporary coalition after assistance to work of this commission, having the purpose to give to it, whenever possible the widest resources for activity, if only the end-product of its work, the report, a note, performance of its members in a press, had objective and unbiased character. We were united if only in common to inform People's Deputies of Ukraine, that the international technical and charitable help is given by the international donors in Ukraine for that if only to assist processes of democratization and an openness in a society, to protect the rights and freedom of the person, to improve processes of social investment and overcoming of poverty, a message educational and explanatory work, to carry out ecological projects, to help patients on AIDS, narcotics, tuberculosis and so on. And also to inform, that the financial reporting and the international donor organizations and Ukrainian NGO is accessible, transparent and free for users, including members of the commission. To inform, it is given reason and it is serious - all of you have agreed for the beginning І to make a stage of our work the following:
     1. To create a temporary coalition of public organizations which we suggest to name "Coalition" To look through page ”
     2. To create librarian editions of public organizations on a theme of formation in Ukraine a civil society with an inclination on the dictionary of terminology of the organizations of a civil society in Ukraine, for its transfer to using temporary court of inquiry
     3. To create an electronic database of the international donor organizations with references to their annual financial reports.
     So, we offer, to approve such plan of measures of our coalition with the purpose of achievement by it of the purposes:
     1. To elect the coordinator of a coalition - Lydia Gusina - gusyna@rol.org.ua <mailto:gusyna@rol.org.ua>, to create an electronic database of participants of a coalition and a network of partner sites. And also to create a banner of a coalition and to place it in a network of partner sites. - responsible „Rule of law foundation ”
     2. To create librarian printed editions of public organizations - responsible „Rule of law foundation ” and Fund „ Civil monitoring ”
     3. To create librarian thematic audio video -of carriers from public subjects - responsible „Rule of law foundation ” and Fund. „ For the right of everyone ” (Kremenchug)
     4. To create an electronic database of the international donor organizations with references to their annual financial reports. - responsible „Rule of the law foundation ” , the Portal „ Civil space ” and VGO „ Club Kiev born citizens ”
     Also, there is a request to all participants of a coalition " To look through page ”, already to send the editions, publications, books, the bulletin to the address of: 02147, Kiev, p/o-55, „Rule of the law foundation ”.      Delivery of the first copy of the reference of "Coalition" To look through page ” to the head of the commission of Valery Mishury, takes place in the Supreme Rada of Ukraine in symbolical day for public organizations: on March, 21st, 2005 - „ International day of liquidation of a racial discrimination ”.
