    Magic Pencil Exhibition at the National Library of Ukraine for Children
    
    The exhibition "Magic Pencil - Children's Book Illustration Today" is a display of 60 pictures by 13 of Britain's most accomplished and celebrated contemporary illustrators. It examines how and why they work and also shows that the strong tradition of British children's book illustration is actively flourishing in the 21st century.
    The pictures were first exhibited in the British Council in Kyiv last year and given their popularity, we are happy to now display this beautiful exhibition at the National Library of Ukraine for Children.
    The opening of the exhibition will take place on International Family Day, Sunday 15 May, at 1400. It will be on display until mid June, open daily from 0930 until 1800, closed for visitors on Saturday and admission is free. The National Library of Ukraine for Children is located at 60 Baumana Street and to get there you will need to go from "Nyvky" metro station by bus №47 and exit at the bus stop "National Library of Ukraine for Children".
