International Festival of Children's Art, Television and Press will be

    *** The motto of the festival that stayed unchanged all 12 times the event
    was held is "I want to see the world happy". The aim of the festival is
    to involve young people in social, cultural, and economic life, and to
    use the media as the means to disclose the lifestyle of youth nowadays.
    It is also intended to strengthen professional, cultural and friendship
    contacts between the children of different countries.
    
    Young journalists, cameramen, photo-reporters, editors and journalists
    of children's publications, television and radio-programmes, as well as
    art ensembles and performers from different countries of the world,
    including Uzbekistan will participate in the international forum.
