Session of the Coalition of public organizations

    In Kiev in Foundation "Rule of law" took place in the end of July, 2005 the next session of the Coalition of public organizations "For strengthening of influence of a civil society on process of acceptance the administrative decisions". During this session was discussed creation of the Doctrine of public sector, namely necessities to group different categories of OGC for creation of the better conditions for development of a civil society, development of concrete projects, legislative decisions and the organization of public lobbying of their acceptance. As the coalition divides opinion concerning consolidation of the OGS efforts for creation of the better conditions for development of a civil society, because of that were made decisions to support creation of the Doctrine of public sector. Namely to take development of questions about legislations on social services:
    1. To develop the law “About social order”
    2. Changes in the law “About social concerns”
    3. Changes in the law “About advertising” rather social advertising.
    4. Addition to the law on social investments.
    5. Changes in the law about budget in view of economic interests of a public society.
