Dear Sirs or madams,

I have the honor to address and introduce you the Social-Legal Foundation "Chinnist zakonu" (eng. "Rule of law"). Our Foundation is a charitable non-profit and non-governmental organization registered in May, 1999 (No. 0336-99). Leading organ of the Foundation is a general meeting. Executive activity is covered by administrative personnel working voluntary. Organization is financed from private donations and grants.

Program areas:

• Legal protection in social, economical, cultural and creativity spheres;
• Contributing to the development of legal culture, independent mass-media, informational infrastructure and info-net;
• Support of the democratic institutions of the Ukrainian society
• Legal rights protection and protection of citizens interests in economic and cultural sphere;
• Assistance in development of legal culture, independent Mass Media, the development of information infrastructure
• Support in the development of democratic state and non-government institutions.
• Rendering assistance in the development of the constitutional and legal sphere of action in Ukraine
• Legal education and protection of the civil rights and human right

• For ensuring self-operating of the projects we prepared our own project managers, grant manager. And trainee manager NGO, we trained our staff through participation in training from the activity of NGO in Ukraine and abroad.
