    1 November
    Ambassador Ian Boag will open the first Euro Info Correspondence Centre at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The goal of this centre is to provide Ukrainian small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with information and assistance services on all EU issues, including on regulations of the EU’s Single Market, and to facilitate contacts with EU Trade Partners.
    1 November
    The EU funded project “Combating trafficking in human beings in Ukraine" organizes a series of three seminars to discuss the findings of the assessment study of labour market in regions most affected by trafficking in persons in Ukraine. The events will take place: 1 November in Crimea, 7 November in Ivano-Frankivsk, 18 November in Donetsk.
    3 November
    The EU funded project “Improvement of Solid Household Waste Management in Donetsk Oblast of Ukraine” will hold a round table discussion with Kiev city authorities and private companies on selective collection of waste.
    10-11 November
    The European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Training and Multilingualism, Jan Figel, will visit Kyiv, Ukraine to send a positive signal about the possibilities of developing closer EU-Ukraine cooperation in the sphere of education and culture. During his visit he will meet with Ukrainian officials, representatives of civil society, the media and students.
    10-11 November
    The EU funded project on Flood Risk Assessment and Management in Zakarpattia Oblast will present final results of the project (Hotel! Druzhba conference room, Uzhgorod).
    10 November
    The EU funded project “Establishment of Mortgage Market Rules and Legislation in Ukraine” will hold a workshop for 30 journalists from ten regions of Ukraine. The subject will be ‘mortgage coverage in media’.
    11 November
    The Press and Information Section of the Delegation will hold a seminar for librarians from Ukrainian regional libraries and present an electronic database for information resources on the EU in Ukraine.
    16 November
    The Press and Information Section of the Delegation will hold a seminar on EU-Ukraine relations for Ukrainian journalists from the regional media.
    17-22 November
    The EU funded project “Establishment of Mortgage Market Rules and Legislation in Ukraine” will organize a study tour to Germany and Poland for Ukraine’s leading banks. The Ukrainian delegation will consist of 15 senior banks officials who are responsible for the mortgage market.
    20-23 November
    Representatives of the European Parliament (EPP-ED Group) will visit Ukraine (Kyiv, Donetsk) for a fact finding mission. The Delegation will be composed of Mr Charles Tannock (MEP-UK), Mr. Rihards Piks (MEP-Latvia) and Ms Ursula Stenzel (MEP-Austria).
    23 November
    Media launch of the EU funded project "Development of Media Skills” which recently started at the Institute of Journalism, Taras Shevchenko University in Kyiv.
    24-25 November
    The EU funded project „Development of Media Skills” will hold a media education conference at the Kyiv Institute of Journalism.
    28 November
    Ambassador Ian Boag! will op en the seminar “Return and Readmissions” organized by the EU funded project “Soederkoeping process”.
    29 November – 1 December
    An education related conference “National qualification framework” organized by the European Training Foundation, the Ministry of Education and Sciences of Ukraine and the EC Delegation will take place.
    December 2005
    1 December
    EU-Ukraine Summit in Kyiv, Ukraine.
    2 December
    The 21st meeting of Governing Board of the Science and Technology Center in Ukraine will take place at the Delegation of the European Commission to Ukraine.
