    The British Council Ukraine has announced call of applications for John Smith Fellowship Programme for 2006. Are you a young leader working in politics, local government or civil society? The John Smith fellowships offer you the chance to strengthen and deepen your democratic awareness and leadership with a six week course in the UK combining seminars, work placements and visits.
    The application deadline is 1 December, 2005.
