Ukrainian businessmen are satisfied with the results of Tacis IBPP project

    *** On 21st of May, 2007, 14.30 till 18.00 at the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kyiv, 55, B. Khmelnytskogo str., 8th floor, conference hall) there will be held the final conference of the project “Partnership between the Kyiv and Lyon Chambers of Commerce and Industry” within framework of TACIS Institution Building Partnership Programme (TACIS IBPP).
    The project in question is directed at creation of partnership and strengthening of cooperation between Kyiv and Lyon Chambers of Commerce and Industry with view of betterment of economical development of SME businesses both of Ukraine and France due to raising the level of professional skills of personnel and exchanging of the best practical experience in sphere of international relations. Totally in the project’s events (business missions, training sessions) participated 340 entrepreneurs.
    The purpose of the conference is to present the results of project, share cooperation experience between Ukrainian and foreign Chambers of Commerce and Industry within framework of EU Program TACIS IBPP.
    The main topics for discussion:
    ° Work experience of the institutional partners within the framework of the TACIS IBPP programme.
    ° Presentation of projects, implemented by the Kyiv and Zhytomyr Chambers of Commerce and Industry conjointly with Lyon (France) and the Graven (Greece) Cambers of Commerce and Industry. Preconditions and purposes of cooperation. Results and analysis of cooperation.
    The Conference is held with participation of representatives of the European Commission in Ukraine and Lyon Chamber of Commerce and Industry and representatives of regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry as well. Participation in this Conference will provide the participants with exceptional opportunities in establishing contacts with the appropriate partners for the work in the future.
