    Неурядова організація "Агентство сприяння соціальному розвитку" оголошує конкурс на заміщення посади координатора проекту.
    
    The SDSA exists to encourage the growth of civil society in Ukraine through its development and integration of the national social support system by stimulating and nurturing a wide range of social services and co-ordinating the efforts of the state with local and national NGOs working in social services areas, especially those in mental health.     Project Co-ordinator is responsible for designing and monitoring programs and activities in such areas as civil society, public administration, and private enterprise development.
    
    Project Co-ordinator performs a variety of complex tasks related to project management, monitoring, evaluation, and analysis.

    Minimum qualifications requirements
    A university degree or last years of study in areas related to political science, business, public administration, law, or other social sciences discipline.
    
    Experience in fundraising, program management, implementation, monitoring, and/or evaluation, especially in fields related to work with vulnerable groups, youth organisations.
    
    Preference will be given to candidates with experience and expertise on issues in civil society, social partnership, and civic advocacy.
    
    Experience in coordinating organizations and fundraising in NGO sector.
    Ability of analysis of social and economic issues.
    
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as ability both to work independently and to follow directions.
    
    Fluency in English, Russian, and Ukrainian; good report and project writing skills.
    
    Ability to communicate and co-operate with international partners.
    
    Position is part-time: 4 days per week.
    Position opening: urgent.
