    NGO Development, Ukraine - Kyiv and selected region project funded by the European Union is looking for an outstanding candidate to fill the vacancy of the Project Administrator in the Head Quarter in Kyiv for the period starting from April 15,2004 and edning Dec. 31, 2004.
    
    He / she will be responsible for managing all financial and budgetary issues, preparing financial and administrative reports, the administrative / logistic support for Kyiv head office and its centers in the project’s target regions
    
    Location: Kyiv
    
    Requirements:
    
    - financial management experience with international donor projects (familiarity with TACIS rules and procedures would be an advantage)
    - experienced in office management
    - fluent English, Russian and Ukrainian
    - immediately available
    - higher education
    - PC literacy (Ecxel, word, access, outlook express)
    - good team player
