EU Delegations' statement

    The EU Delegation to Ukraine takes note of the pro-European aspirations shared by a vast part of Ukrainian citizens. In the context of the recent large-scale demonstrations and of planned demonstrations this evening across Ukraine, we urge all sides to continue to remain calm and to refrain from any use of force.
    The EU Delegation deeply regrets the violent attack against journalists and other violent actions that were reported this morning. The EU Delegation will follow with great attention the results of the police investigation, and hopes that the culprits of these acts will be brought to justice.
