    The president of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko before leaving for Moscow signed some decrees on personnel. In particular, Alexander Zinchenko and Peter Poroshenko are appointed to new positions.
    
    According to LIGABusinessInform, the President cancelled the structure of Administration of the President of Ukraine in its present form by his decree and ratified Regulations about creation of Secretary of the President of Ukraine. Alexander Zinchenko was appointed the state secretary of the President of Ukraine.
    
    The president of Ukraine appointed Peter Poroshenko the secretary of the Council of National Security and Defence of Ukraine.
