Million for a Project: Funding Contest for NGOs Providing Services to Veterans and Their Families

    On July 24, the Ukrainian Veteran Fund announced the start of a funding contest for non-governmental organizations — Worth: The Path to Recovery.
    
    Under the project conditions, funding is available to non-governmental organizations that provide rehabilitation opportunities for veterans, their families, and the families of fallen defenders through physical activity.
    
    Funds can be obtained for:
    
    Establishing necessary infrastructure (sports centers, clubs) for conducting training sessions for veterans;
    Organizing sports events/training for veterans under the guidance of qualified coaches and rehabilitators;
    Conducting mass sports events (competitions) in adaptive sports for veterans.
    The amount of financial support provided to each winner ranges from 500,000 to 1,000,000 UAH.
    
    Applications will be accepted from July 24 to August 9, 2024, 18:00. Winners will be determined by an independent commission.
    
    The maximum project implementation period is up to 12 months.
