Parliamentary Club of NGOs Officially Added to the Register of Social Service Providers
May 29, 2025.
On May 29, 2025, the Charitable Foundation "Parliamentary Club of Non-Governmental Organizations", our affiliate project, was officially granted the status of a social service provider. The organization was added to the Register of Social Services Providers maintained by the Dnipro District State Administration in Kyiv.
This means the Foundation is now legally authorized to provide the following social services: information dissemination, counseling, mediation, and facilitation.
These services are not new to the Parliamentary Club. For over 15 years, the organization has supported individuals in difficult life circumstances, informed them of their rights, legal protections, social guarantees, and how to interact with public institutions. It has held hundreds of consultations and events, published analytical materials, and cooperated with communities, authorities, and civic groups.
The official provider status enables the Foundation to offer these services on a systematic basis, participate in municipal and national programs, and apply for public or grant funding. It also boosts public trust.
The services include:
Information dissemination – providing up-to-date information on benefits, rights, social services, and contacts of responsible institutions.
Counseling – assisting individuals with legal, psychological, or social difficulties, including action planning and legal support.
Facilitation – helping resolve issues between citizens and public institutions, including administrative services, hospitals, and social structures.
Mediation – out-of-court conflict resolution in families, workplaces, and communities. This service is free and fully confidential.
Statement from Oleg Spornykov, Chairman of the Foundation:
This is more than a formality – it is recognition of the right path we have chosen. For many years we have been helping people out of civic duty. Now, that work is also recognized by the state. We are grateful for the trust and will continue to provide real assistance to everyone who reaches out to us.
Services are available at: Kyiv, 8-B Azerbaijanska St., Office 3 (by prior registration at 0442233373) or remotely at info@rol.org.ua.
